Yes. Our products are made to order, which means your item is produced after you place your order.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Orders usually take 2 to 5 business days to prepare before shipping. Shipping time is separate from production time.
A care card ships with every order
Standard shipping is $5.95 on orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping.
30-day returns, prepaid label included
Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Once an order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.
We do not currently accept refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped. As In Christ Made grows, we plan to revisit this policy and develop solutions that better support our customers and our mission.
Free shipping on orders over $75
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. For confirmed fulfillment errors, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Photos may be required to verify the issue.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and include your order number.
