- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
- Orders are made to order and usually take 2 to 5 business days to prepare before shipping

Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Refunds and Change of Mind
We do not currently accept refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped.
As In Christ Made becomes more established, we plan to revisit this policy and develop better solutions for returned items. Our long-term goal is to find ways for usable returned products to serve others, including charitable efforts that support people experiencing homelessness and help them move toward a better life.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
For confirmed fulfillment errors, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return the affected item.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. Lost-package claims must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
