Order Processing
All products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2 to 5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $5.95 for orders under $75.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping rates and delivery options may vary for certain destinations or products and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on your location, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment location.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to the fulfillment facility.
If you request reshipment, additional shipping charges will apply.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
Packages may be returned because of an undeliverable address, refusal by the recipient, customs issues, or failure to claim the shipment.
If your order is returned, please contact us promptly at support@redbargains.com.
Returned packages may be held for up to 30 days. Unclaimed items may be donated after that period.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@redbargains.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
